All Items will be shipped via the Australia Post Service from either our Queensland or SA warehouses. All orders must be paid in full and cleared into our bank account prior to shipment. Most orders will be shipped within a 48 hour period of payment being received.

Out of stock items: If an item is out of stock you will be advised at the earliest!!

Post and Handling Charges: You will be advised of the freight charges at the checkout where you will be given the option of standard or express delivery.

When you're using the BlueDog clothing website to purchase your items we assure you that we have taken every precaution that customer details are kept safe and secure.

Customer details are kept within our database which is protected by login and password, your information and personal details are only used for business between yourself and BlueDog.

The owners will not sell or disclose any of your personal details or any information relating to this website to third parties

All claims for credit or refund must be made within 14 days of receipt.

Proof of purchase must accompany the returned goods. Claims of faulty or damaged goods will receive a full inspection by BlueDog Quality Control, where possible you will be offered a replacement or credit for goods returned.

If the garment/item is returned for exchange only the postage and handling fee will be charged to you.

Please Note: please contact our office before returning any goods, we will instruct you in the best way to return the goods.

Click on LOGIN on the homepage, type in your email address and password, you will then come to the MY DASHBOARD page and from there you can review your orders and update any account information.

All payments can be made via PAYPAL, Direct Deposit, Credit Card ( Mastercard or Visa) or a BlueDog Clothing Company Voucher.

Please Note: All payments must be received and cleared prior to delivery.

Pricing: On our website is subject to change without notice. We will endeavour to keep our prices consistent with our retailers and BlueDog Clothing stockists.

All prices on the website are in Australian Dollars ( AUD) and GST is payable on all goods. Postage and Handling charges will be calculated at the checkout.
